Compensation:

$140,000 - $180,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and other team members to move matters toward resolution efficiently.
• Contemporaneously memorialize discussions and decisions, and record your time, in our electronic case management system.
• Draft high-quality, timely work products (correspondence, estate planning documents with customized provisions, court petitions, strategy recommendations, settlement agreements, etc.).
• Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and their advisors.
• Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action.
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor/review their work.

Qualifications:

• Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years.
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position.
• Candidates should be great communicators, especially in situations when emotions and stress are high.
