📝 Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate, and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem assignments across multiple locations in Arizona . This flexible role is ideal for CNAs who are looking for supplemental income, adaptable scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings.

As a CNA, you will be an essential part of the care team, supporting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being in accordance with care plans and healthcare protocols.

 

🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition
• Support nursing staff in providing quality care and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of patients
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

✅ Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Arizona
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new clinical environments
• Reliable transportation (as locations may vary)
• Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills

📅 Schedule & Availability

• Per Diem / PRN – Choose shifts that fit your availability
• Opportunities in long-term care , rehab , hospitals , and assisted living facilities
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
