About the opportunity:

Global Product and Supply Chain Management (PTS) connects the different parts of Roche to ensure a worldwide reliable supply to patients, connecting their needs to the Pharma Global

Supply Network. This network consists of manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers, and external suppliers. Lastly, PTS leads Product Management Teams within PT, develops and implements product strategies, and designs and optimizes full supply chains from raw materials to final products throughout the whole product life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• The Associate Master Data Specialist will handle the creation, maintenance, and discontinuation of master data, including the creation of materials and material masters maintenance, production module (Master Recipes, Bill of Materials, Production Versions, Resources etc.), and quality module (Inspection Plans, MICs,etc).
• In scope ,the MDS maintains customer masters as well as EMW master data.
• The role involves working across ECC SAP versions, MDG, and S/4.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR specialized diploma with experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations in a global environment with strong knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical supply chain
• At least 3-5 years of experience in master data maintenance OR supply chain planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on SAP MM, PP, SD, or QM modules, SAP APO, SAP TM, SAP EWM, or OMP
• Experience with MDG-M or S/4HANA and proficiency in the German language are an asset
• Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, in English
• Competency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) and experience with document sharing systems.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Cultural sensitivity to interact with internal customers around the globe
• Great organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to deliver under pressure
• Adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage ambiguity and change
• Meticulous approach to work, attention to detail as well as a solution-oriented mindset
• Affinity and interest for data and IT topics as well as state-of-the-art business applications
• Process and master data quality improvement orientation as well as end-to-end thinking
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and proactive management of issues before they arise
• Initiative and ownership to tackle projects, problems, and changes without being asked

• Note: Kindly note that the ideal candidate will be required to work in the Mississauga office at least 2 times a week
