NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Graphics Designer/Photography to support a Federal Agency. This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel. Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce graphics, photography, and videography services while collaborating with stakeholders to create visually compelling content that meets organizational goals.
  • Responsible for final products to be in digital formats as well as print, mission dependent.
  • Maintain a comprehensive catalog of work and oversee the setup and breakdown of all necessary production equipment.
  • Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software, ensuring high-quality video, audio, and still images for multiple distribution platforms.
  • Develop concepts, plan, and execute video/photo shoots, including selecting locations, arranging equipment and personnel, and ensuring proper composition and lighting.
  • Operate and maintain cameras, audio equipment, and other production gear to capture high-quality video and sound while managing equipment setup and breakdown.
  • Develop interactive multimedia content and manage file conversions across formats, ensuring compatibility for kiosk presentations, web, and AV integration.
  • Maintain an organized archive of digital assets for future use.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia production equipment and software.
  • Ensure compatibility of multimedia content across different platforms and devices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Four (4) years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalency.
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Flash).
  • Experience working in a military or healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
