A busy, well-respected dealership in lower Westchester County is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. If youre organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of a department with solid processes already in place, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Lead and support a team of counter professionals and parts staff
• Monitor and maintain profitability, including parts gross and expenses
• Ensure timely and accurate parts distribution to service technicians
• Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Automotive Parts Manager is required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) preferred
• Ability to manage inventory, forecast parts needs, and control costs
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
